We will check insurance benefits as a courtesy. Checking benefits online is only sometimes 100% accurate.  We encourage clients to check their mental health benefits by calling their insurance provider. If a benefit is misquoted, it will be the client’s responsibility to pay any outstanding balance.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment.  Please let us know 24 hours before your appointment.  All no-shows and appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $100 no-show/late cancellation fee.
