Maria Morris, MSW (She/Her)

Maria is a trauma-informed therapist who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. Her approach combines compassion with practical tools, including ACT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. She strives to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients can build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward a more meaningful, balanced life.

Clients can expect authenticity, empathy, collaboration, and a nonjudgmental environment. She understands that reaching out for support can be difficult, and works to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest and explore challenges openly.

She believes healing is not about becoming a different person; it is about learning how to respond to life with greater awareness, flexibility, self-compassion, and support.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. In her free time, she enjoys working on arts and crafts, reading, and going for walks.
