Mason Christensen MSWI (He/Him)
Mason is committed to delivering personalized care to individuals in need. He offers compassionate support within a secure environment, which is fundamental for facilitating personal growth and assisting individuals in managing life's challenges. With six years of experience in the field of mental health, Mason has supported and empowered marginalized individuals, including those suffering from depression and anxiety, as well as individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). He utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques.
Mason obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University and is currently a senior student pursuing his Master’s in Social Work at the University of Utah.
His devotion to mental health treatment stems from his own personal experiences as a treatment receiver and provider. In his free time, he loves kayaking, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, gaining new perspectives, and spending time with family and friends.
