Sarahi Ramirez MFTI (She/Her)
Sarahi is a compassionate and attentive Marriage and Family Therapist who guides individuals, couples, and families through their healing process. Drawing deeply from attachment theory, Sarahi views emotional struggles as arising from unmet attachment needs and approaches therapy as a space to restore connection, safety, and self-worth. She provides a calming presence and honors each client’s humanity, meeting them with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
Sarahi has experience in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), integrating these approaches to support clients dealing with relational wounds and disconnection. She believes that healing begins within systems, starting with the self and expanding into our closest relationships, and that safety and connection are essential for meaningful change. As a bilingual therapist, she advocates strongly for culturally appropriate care, ensuring that her work reflects her clients' diverse backgrounds and values.
Sarahi holds a bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and is in her final semester of a master’s program in Marriage and Family Therapy.
In her free time, Sarahi enjoys going on nature walks, reading new books, visiting museums, and playing tennis.
Sarahi is fluent in Spanish and English.
